Miles Away Cargo provides parcel delivery, goods transport, international shipping, and specialized exports (including jasmine flower exports). Service availability, pricing, and delivery timelines are subject to our quotes and agreements. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice where practicable.

2. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipment details, ensuring that all items comply with applicable laws and regulations (including customs and export controls), and paying all agreed fees in accordance with our invoices and payment terms.

Prohibited or restricted items may not be shipped. You indemnify Miles Away Cargo against any loss or claim arising from your breach of these responsibilities or from inaccurate information you provide.

3. Liability

Our liability is limited as set forth in our shipping agreements, our standard trading conditions, and applicable law. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
